Developer Relationship Manager (Georgian or Russian Speaker) – Real Estate
We are seeking a driven and commercially sharp
Relationship Manager (Georgian or Russian Speaker)
to join our growing real estate team.
This role is focused on managing and driving
developer sales
, building strong relationships with Georgian-speaking clients, and converting high-value opportunities within the UAE property market.
The ideal candidate understands the dynamics of off-plan/developer sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently engage with international investors while delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of developer (off-plan) properties to Georgian-speaking clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and investors
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Provide expert guidance on UAE real estate market trends and investment opportunities
- Conduct property presentations, virtual consultations, and site visits
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Fluent in
- Georgian,Russian and English
(mandatory)
- Proven experience in
- real estate sales
- , preferably developer/off-plan sales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to build trust with international clients and investors
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
- UAE real estate experience is highly preferred
