Customer Acquisition
- Identify and acquire privilege segment customers.
- Develop and implement strategic to target potential markets for privilege customers.
- Conduct sourcing activities such as company visits, kiosk setups and field activities to generate leads.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long- term relationships with privilege customers.
- Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing queries, complaints and services requirements.
- Product cross- selling:
- Promote and cross – sell the bank’s retails products, including credit cards, over draft, FDs, saving accounts etc.
- Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate units for specialized banking products or services.
