Overview
We are looking for a strong, target-driven real estate sales leader with proven developer-side or agency leadership experience, an active broker network, and a strong understanding of Dubai’s off-plan market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive sales performance for Palladium Development projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokerages, agencies, and top-performing brokers
- Support the expansion and growth of the development sales division
- Manage, motivate, and support the sales team to maximize performance and conversions
- Conduct project presentations, broker events, and agency engagement activities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and buyer demand
- Ensure proper follow-up, reporting, and pipeline management across the team
- Coordinate closely with management regarding sales operations, approvals, and project feedback
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of Dubai real estate experience
- Strong off-plan sales knowledge and developer project experience preferred
- Proven sales track record in the Dubai market
- Active network of brokers and agencies
- Leadership and team management experience
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Professional communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve targets
