Role Purpose

As Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for originating, developing, and managing a portfolio of clients for the Company’s licensed and approved financial services activities, strictly within the scope of its applicable regulatory permissions.

The role focuses on revenue generation, client lifecycle management, and delivery of best-in-class service while ensuring full adherence to internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

The position requires strong commercial acumen, market awareness, and the ability to build sustainable, trust-based relationships.

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Proactively identify, approach, and engage new clients strictly within jurisdictions and channels permitted by the Company’s regulatory permissions and in line with the Company’s growth strategy.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed assigned monthly key performance indicators aligned with revenue, client suitability standards, conduct requirements, and long-term client sustainability
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling of the Company’s products and services across the client base, where appropriate and consistent with client classification and suitability assessments
  • Conduct regular business development meetings (virtual and in-person) to expand wallet share and deepen client engagement.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a seamless and professional client experience.
  • Develop long-term relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and commercial value.
  • Monitor client activity levels and proactively engage to support retention and reactivation initiatives.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and effectively, coordinating with internal teams where required.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records, interaction notes, and call reports within the CRM system.

Client Onboarding & Education

  • Guide prospective clients through the onboarding process in coordination with the Onboarding and Compliance teams.
  • Provide factual product information and platform guidance.
  • Deliver structured product demonstrations and training sessions tailored to client needs and experience levels.
  • Ensure clients understand key risks, operational procedures, and platform functionality.

Collaboration & Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with Compliance, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
  • Support internal initiatives aimed at improving client experience, operational efficiency, and revenue performance.
  • Contribute feedback from clients to support product and service enhancements.

Compliance & Risk Awareness

  • Conduct all activities in accordance with the Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations (where applicable), UAE financial services laws, AML/CFT legislation, and internal governance policies.
  • Ensure all client interactions and business activities comply with Company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Identify, disclose, and appropriately manage any actual or potential conflicts of interest in accordance with the Company’s Conflicts of Interest Policy.
  • Do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or discretionary recommendations unless specifically authorised under the Company’s regulatory license.
  • Support proper KYC/AML standards during client onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
  • Maintain high standards of professional conduct and confidentiality at all times.

Profile Requirements

  • Proven experience in relationship management, sales, or business development within CFDbroker.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, CFDs, and client lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed commercial targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and client-centric mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or business development within the CFD industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and client acquisition targets.
  • Strong understanding of CFDs, capital markets, and client lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to financial services (e.g., KYC/AML).
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CISI, CFA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
