Role Purpose
As New Business Executive, you will be responsible for bringing in new clients for the Company’s licensed and approved financial services activities, strictly within the scope of its applicable regulatory permissions.
The role focuses on first touch acquisition and activation of accounts, converting leads into active, funded accounts, and delivering best-in-class service while ensuring full adherence to internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads through calls, messaging, and digital channels to convert prospects into active clients.
- Drive clients through the full conversion funnel from first contact to first deposit and first trade.
- Clearly communicate the Company’s value proposition, products, and platform capabilities in a compliant and structured manner.
- Maintain a high level of activity (calls, follow-ups, conversions) to meet and exceed conversion targets.
Client Onboarding & Education
- Guide prospective clients through the onboarding process in coordination with the Onboarding and Compliance teams.
- Provide clear, factual product and platform guidance to facilitate activation.
- Deliver structured product demonstrations and training sessions tailored to client needs and experience levels.
- Ensure clients understand key risks, operational procedures, and platform functionality.
Sales Performance & Kpis
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs, primarily focused on:
- First traded deposits (FTDs)
- First traded accounts (FTAs)
- Maintain strong conversion ratios across lead stages (contact → onboarding → deposit → trade).
- Effectively manage and prioritise assigned leads to maximize conversion outcomes.
Lead Management & Pipeline Handling
- Work through assigned lead pools efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions within the CRM system.
- Track lead status, conversion progress, and pipeline performance daily.
Collaboration & Internal Coordination
- Coordinate closely with Relationship Managers to ensure a smooth handover of clients after first trade.
- Provide clear client notes and context to support effective ongoing relationship management.
- Work closely with Compliance, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
- Support internal initiatives aimed at improving client experience, operational efficiency, and revenue performance.
- Contribute feedback from clients to support product and service enhancements.
Compliance & Risk Awareness
- Conduct all activities in accordance with the Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations (where applicable), UAE financial services laws, AML/CFT legislation, and internal governance policies.
- Ensure all client interactions and business activities comply with Company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Identify, disclose, and appropriately manage any actual or potential conflicts of interest in accordance with the Company’s Conflicts of Interest Policy.
- Do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or discretionary recommendations unless specifically authorised under the Company’s regulatory license.
- Support proper KYC/AML standards during client onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
- Maintain high standards of professional conduct and confidentiality at all times.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- · Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- · Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or business development within the CFD industry.
- Proven experience in sales, lead conversion or business development within the CFD industry.
- Strong track record in high-volume client acquisition and conversion.
- Excellent telephone sales skills and ability to close clients effectively.
- Highly target-driven with strong resilience and persistence.
- Strong understanding of client onboarding and activation processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and client-centric mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- · Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to financial services (e.g., KYC/AML).
- · Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- · UAE Financial Rules and Regulations Exams are advantageous.
- · Professional certifications (e.g., CISI, CFA, or equivalent) advantageous.
