Job Purpose
Acquire, develop, and manage relationships with investor landlords.
Grow KEYPER's property management portfolio by converting opportunities into signed Property Management Agreements.
Engage property owners, understand their needs, present solutions, negotiate agreements, and support long-term retention.
Job Accountabilities
- Build and maintain relationships with investor landlords.
- Identify and approach prospective investor landlords to generate new business.
- Understand landlord needs and develop suitable plans.
- Resolve landlord queries, concerns, and complaints.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Promote high-quality sales, supply, and customer service processes.
- Support retention and contract renewals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain service quality.
- Track Dubai real estate market developments, competitors, and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, interactions, and conversions.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant UAE real estate experience.
- Required experience in real estate brokerage or property sales involving property owners or investors.
- Required experience in property management sales, agreements, and conversions.
Experience and Competencies
- Ability to prospect, pitch solutions, negotiate, and close deals.
- Understanding of basic Dubai leasing terms and procedures.
- Knowledge of secondary-market and off-plan sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, customer focus, and collaboration skills.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
