Responsibilities and objectives
- Achieve revenue and occupancy goals, maintain accurate property records, and stay informed about rental-market conditions.
- Advertise available properties online and offline and determine prospective tenants’ leasing eligibility.
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and conduct property tours.
- Prepare, execute, and update leases in accordance with property standards and regulations.
- Conduct credit and background checks and regular lease-compliance audits.
- Collect application fees, security deposits, and rent payments.
- Coordinate property maintenance according to client agreements and keep management informed of issues.
- Help ensure smooth lease signing and move-in processes and satisfactory arrangements for landlords and tenants.
Skills and qualifications
- At least 1.5 years of real-estate leasing experience in Dubai.
- Good organization and time-management skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong customer-service and negotiation skills.
- RERA Broker ID.
