About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Relationship Manager / Business Development Manager (BDM)** to join our growing Forex team in Canada.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, business development, financial services, or client relationship management.
Previous Forex, CFD, or financial markets experience is an advantage, but candidates with strong sales backgrounds and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new **Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, and Partners**.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
- Promote the company's Forex trading products and services to prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations with potential partners and clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and ongoing account management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client support.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Relationship Management.
- Experience in Forex, CFD, Financial Services, Banking, or FinTech is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Existing network of clients, IBs, or affiliates is a strong advantage.
