ADEPTS seeks a commercially driven Relationship Manager to strengthen client relationships, develop new business and grow its audit, tax, accounting and advisory services.
The role focuses on understanding business owners’ and finance leaders’ needs and building lasting professional-services relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a client portfolio, maintain regular engagement and ensure a responsive client experience.
- Identify and pursue new business through networking, referrals and targeted outreach.
- Coordinate with technical teams to propose services that address client needs.
- Drive renewals, retention and cross-selling; coordinate proposals, follow up on opportunities and support commercial negotiations.
- Monitor delivery commitments with internal teams, address concerns, maintain client satisfaction and support timely collections.
- Maintain CRM records, pipeline forecasts and account development plans; represent ADEPTS at meetings, networking events and industry forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, marketing or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years in relationship management, account management or business development; professional-services experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to generate business, retain clients and achieve commercial targets.
- Understanding of audit, accounting, UAE tax and business advisory services.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills; proactive approach, sound commercial judgment and disciplined follow-through.
- UAE market experience and an established business network are preferred.
