About The Role

The role involves a strategic and operational position within FAB’s dynamic team, focusing on driving business growth, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, financial services, or related sectors is required, with proven expertise in client management, sales, or risk assessment.

Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of financial products and regulatory frameworks are essential.

Candidates must demonstrate leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and deepen relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying new business opportunities to expand the bank’s portfolio.

Develop tailored financial solutions to meet client needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

Collaborate across departments to deliver seamless banking services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and senior management.

Monitor financial performance, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to maintain the bank’s competitive edge.
