We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Program Coordinator to join our team.

Develop and implement educational programs aligned with organizational goals and client needs.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of programs, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics management.

Monitor program progress, evaluate outcomes, and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders to demonstrate impact and areas for improvement.

Manage communication with participants, educators, and partners to ensure clarity and engagement throughout program lifecycle.

Assist in the development of training materials, curricula, and other educational resources.

Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in education to incorporate innovative approaches into program design.

Support marketing and outreach efforts to promote programs and increase participation.

Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and quality standards.

Provide leadership and mentorship to team members involved in program delivery, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
