Atrumed Healthcare is a growing polyclinic committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered healthcare services across Dubai.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team and contribute to providing high-quality care to our patients.
Position Summary
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care while supporting physicians and other healthcare professionals in a fast-paced clinical environment.
The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and vital signs.
- Administer medications, injections, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and minor surgeries.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, infection control standards, and clinic policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting.
- Experience with IV therapy, phlebotomy, and patient assessment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Fluent in English
