Atrumed Healthcare is a modern, patient-focused polyclinic dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare services across Dubai.
We are expanding our dental specialty services and are seeking an experienced Orthodontist to join our team on a part-time revenue-sharing basis.
Position Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Orthodontist with a valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter to provide comprehensive orthodontic care for children, adolescents, and adults.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build and grow their patient base while benefiting from an attractive revenue-sharing arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, prevent, and treat dental and facial irregularities.
- Develop customized orthodontic treatment plans.
- Perform and manage treatments including:
- Traditional metal braces
- Ceramic braces
- Clear aligners
- Retainers and orthodontic appliances
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary treatment adjustments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry (BDS/DDS/DMD).
- Master's Degree or Specialty Qualification in Orthodontics.
- Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as an Orthodontist.
- Minimum 3 years of post-specialty clinical experience.
- Educate patients on treatment options, oral hygiene, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to DHA regulations, infection control standards, and clinical best practices.
- Experience with clear aligner systems and modern orthodontic techniques preferred.
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
- Strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
