Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse specializing in Operation Theatre, located in Dubai.
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for preparing and assisting in surgical procedures, ensuring adherence to sterilization and infection control protocols, and maintaining high-quality patient care throughout pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases.
Additional responsibilities include monitoring patient vitals, managing surgical instruments and equipment, and collaborating closely with surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Operation Theatre nursing procedures, surgical instrument handling, and infection control practices
- Ability to manage pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with surgical teams
- Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities in high-pressure environments
- Current nursing license and a diploma or degree in Nursing
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an Operation Theatre or surgical nursing environment
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Experience in cosmetic or plastic surgery is a plus
- DHA Eligibility is a must
