Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Patient Coordinator role based in Dubai.

The Patient Coordinator will support seamless patient experiences, including managing appointments, handling inquiries, and offering exceptional customer service.

The role involves providing accurate information regarding medical procedures, maintaining effective communication with patients, and collaborating with medical staff to organize consultations and follow-ups.

The Patient Coordinator will act as the first point of contact and ensure patients’ comfort and privacy throughout their journey at the hospital.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and ability to manage Appointment Scheduling
  • Experience with Receptionist Duties and handling patient-facing interactions with professionalism
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology and ability to communicate it effectively to diverse audiences
  • Excellent Communication skills in both Arabic and English, with a preference for multilingual abilities
  • Proficiency in using office and scheduling software
  • Ability to maintain a welcoming and empathetic demeanor in high-pressure situations
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service environment is highly desirable
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in healthcare administration or a related field are a plus
