Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat infants with plagiocephaly and misshapen ears.
• Use the DOC Band to reshape infant head shapes.
• Use EarWell to correct infant ear shapes.
• Build relationships with families throughout treatment.

Qualifications

• An active Registered Nurse license is required.
• A background in pediatrics and prior pediatric experience are required.
• 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf orthotic devices is required.
• Relevant backgrounds may include physical therapy, occupational therapy, nursing, or certified orthotics, subject to the role's licensing requirements.

Schedule

• The position follows a traditional workweek schedule with no nights and minimal to no weekend work.

Compensation

• The pay range is $90,000 to $100,000, depending on tenure and relevant experience.
• The role is eligible for quarterly performance bonuses and annual raises.
