Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage nursing staff across assigned departments.
- Ensure quality patient care and safety standards are maintained.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage staff scheduling.
- Monitor patient treatment plans and nursing documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, healthcare professionals, and hospital management.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with DHA/DOH/MOH regulations and healthcare protocols.
- Handle emergency situations and provide clinical guidance when required.
- Maintain inventory and proper use of medical equipment and supplies.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing) or equivalent.
- Valid DHA / DOH / MOH License or Eligibility Letter.
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively.
- Experience in ICU department preferred.
- Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
