Qualifications

  • Licensure / Certification / Registration
  • Required Credential(s):
  • BLS certification obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • ACLS certification obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • PALS certification obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • TNCC obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Education
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate direct patient care across diverse specialty units in adherence to all established organizational protocols.
  • Implement and continuously monitor patient care plans, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of physician and nursing orders.
  • Coordinate all aspects of a patient's journey by serving as the central link for communication and assessment among all disciplines within the healthcare team.
  • Communicate and meticulously record all patient conditions, observations, and interventions to ensure a seamless, well-coordinated care plan.
