Role overview

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs and symptoms, and provide wound care and chronic disease management.
• Assist with activities of daily living and educate patients and families about health conditions and home-based care.
• Document care accurately and coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols while supporting patients’ comfort, dignity, and independence at home.

Qualifications

• Clinical nursing skills in patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and chronic disease management.
• Strong patient education and communication skills; proficiency in care planning, documentation, health records, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently in home care, manage time, and adapt to diverse patient needs.
• Valid Registered Nurse license, preferably eligible for practice in Dubai/UAE, and relevant home healthcare or clinical experience.
• Completed nursing diploma or degree and current certifications such as BLS/CPR; ACLS is an advantage.
• Knowledge of infection control, patient safety, and basic emergency response; professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity.

Pay

• AED 3,500–5,000 per month.

Work location

• Work is on-site and in person, providing care in patients’ homes.
