Full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role providing care in patients’ homes in Dubai.
The role supports safe, compassionate home-based care and patient independence.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients and develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments; monitor vital signs and symptoms.
- Provide wound care, chronic disease management, and assistance with daily living activities.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and home care.
- Document care, coordinate with healthcare professionals, and follow infection control and safety protocols.
- Promote patient comfort, dignity, and independence.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience.
- Clinical skills in assessment, medication administration, wound care, and chronic disease management.
- Strong communication and patient education skills; proficiency in care planning and documentation.
- Ability to work independently, manage time, and adapt to diverse patient needs.
- Valid Registered Nurse license; Dubai/UAE practice eligibility is preferred.
- Nursing diploma or degree; current BLS/CPR certification. ACLS is an advantage.
- Knowledge of infection control, patient safety, and basic emergency response.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500–5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person in a home-care setting in Dubai.
