Advantage Medical Staffing is proud to partner with a leading Long-Term Care (LTC) healthcare provider in Bahrain. We are currently recruiting experienced nursing professionals for multiple roles:
🔹 Nurse Manager (3 positions)
💰 Salary: AED 14,500 – 24,250
🔹 Senior Nurses / Nurses (15–20 positions)
💰 Salary: AED 6,800 – 11,600
📌 Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in LTC, LTVU, PAR, HDU, or Rehabilitation settings
- NHRA DataFlow completed OR transferable from SCFHS / HAAD / DHA
- Prometric exam required (Nursing & Allied roles)
📦 Package Includes:
- Structured salary: 60% Basic | 30% Housing | 10% Transport
- Medical insurance
- Family visa eligibility (conditions apply)
- Annual return flights (biennial for non-senior roles)
- End-of-service gratuity (based on basic salary)
