Advantage Medical Staffing is recruiting for a
Specialist Critical Care / Intensivist
to join a leading government healthcare facility in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
💰 Salary: AED 35,000 – 40,000 per month
Role Responsibilities
- Provide specialist intensive care management for critically ill adult patients
- Assess, diagnose, and manage complex medical emergencies within ICU settings
- Lead multidisciplinary care planning and coordinate patient management
- Perform critical care procedures and ensure evidence-based ICU practice
- Participate in ward rounds, clinical governance, and quality improvement initiatives
- Support junior medical staff and contribute to education and training activities
Requirements
- Specialist qualification in Critical Care / Intensive Care Medicine
- Eligibility for UAE medical licensure
- Strong ICU and acute care experience in tertiary or high-acuity settings
- Excellent clinical leadership and communication skills
