Role overview
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, maintaining high clinical practice and patient safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ health conditions and administer treatments.
- Educate patients and families on disease management and medication administration.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals on individualized care plans.
- Monitor and record vital signs and clinical progress; document in accordance with DHA regulations.
- Respond to medical emergencies and initiate necessary interventions.
Knowledge and skills
- Good rapport with patients.
- In-depth knowledge of best nursing practices and policies.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the role and caring for people.
- Awareness of DHA homecare standards and requirements.
- DHA eligibility letter or license is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 6,000 per month.
Workplace and schedule
- Full-time role.
- Work location is in person.
