Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, maintaining high clinical standards and patient safety.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ health conditions and administer treatments.
- Educate patients and families on disease management and medication administration.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals on individualized care plans.
- Monitor and document vital signs and clinical progress in accordance with DHA regulations.
- Respond to emergencies and initiate necessary interventions.
Knowledge and skills
- Build good rapport with patients and know nursing practices and policies in depth.
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for caring for people.
- Be aware of DHA homecare standards and requirements.
- DHA license or eligibility letter is preferred.
Compensation
- Full-time pay starts at AED 6,000 per month.
