Role overview

Education, experience, and license

• A valid DHA license or eligibility letter is required.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution is required.
• The description specifies at least 2–3 years of nursing experience in a recognized medical facility, in the UAE or home country.
• Home-country nursing experience will be considered.

Candidate requirements

• Fluency in Hindi, Kannada, or Bengali is required.
• Strong clinical and patient-care skills, communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure are requested.
• Candidates must be willing to work shifts, including weekends, and in a split-shift setting.
• Dental or surgical department experience is advantageous.
• Clinic or outpatient experience, infection-prevention knowledge, computer skills, and EMR skills are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, compassionate nursing care; assess patients and monitor vital signs and progress.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments; perform wound care, injections, dressings, and other nursing procedures.
• Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and medical procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation, protect confidentiality, and report patient changes to physicians.
• Educate patients and families about treatment, medication, and follow-up care.
• Maintain infection-control and safety standards; keep equipment and clinical areas clean and organized.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, reception, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments.
• Handle emergencies and provide immediate nursing assistance.
• Follow DHA regulations, company policies, clinical protocols, and professional and ethical standards.

Schedule

• The role may require shifts, weekends, and split shifts.

Compensation and employment

• Job types are permanent and full-time.
• Pay is stated as AED 3,250 per month, with an application question describing an expected range of AED 3,250–3,500 per month.
