Overview

• **The Pearl International Hospital** is seeking highly skilled, dedicated, and compassionate **Registered General Nurses (RGN)** to join our growing clinical team.
• We are currently accepting applications for full-time nursing positions across the following departments:
• **Operating Room (OR)** & Operating Theaters
• **Emergency Room (ER)**
• **Outpatient Department (OPD)**
• **Inpatient Units (INP)** (Medical/Surgical, ICU, NICU)
• As an RGN at our facility, you will function as an autonomous professional accountable for the direct delivery of evidence-based nursing care, working within a lean, collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Core Responsibilities

• **Clinical Practice & Domain Expertise:** Deliver advanced nursing interventions within the assigned primary department in strict compliance with international clinical pathways and institutional governance.
• **Cross-Departmental Utilization:** Demonstrate operational flexibility and clinical versatility by floating and covering alternative nursing departments as operationally required to accommodate fluctuating patient censuses, acuity spikes, or resource optimization strategies.
• **Patient Care Management:** Systematically plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive nursing care plans. Maintain absolute precision in medication administration and ensure meticulous documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• **Interdisciplinary Collaboration:** Collaborating seamlessly with medical consultants, clinical leadership, and allied health professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

Professional Requirements & Qualifications

• **Regulatory & Licensing Status:** Highest priority will be afforded to candidates possessing an active, valid license as a Registered General Nurse from the Department of Healthcare Professions (DHP) in Qatar. Candidates in process of license will be considered secondary to active license holders.
• **Educational Credentials:** Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) from a recognized and accredited academic institution.
• **Professional Experience:** A minimum of **3 years of continuous, post-registration acute-care general hospital experience**, explicitly within the specialized department of application.
• **International Licensure:** Possession of a valid, professional practice license from the country of origin or current jurisdiction, Primary Source Verification, Qualifying Exam result and DHP evaluation (for international applicants).
• **Operational Scope:** Proven capability to deliver total, independent patient care.
