What You’ll Bring

  • You will possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a technical field or a high school diploma with four (4) additional years of equivalent experience; other combinations of education and experience may be acceptable
  • You will possess a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a similar position within the construction or energy industries
  • Experience managing a team of contractors in a high-pressure environment
  • Capable of leading a team of remote technicians and contractors; must hold a valid driver’s license
  • Contributes to companywide strategy
  • Teaches and coaches team members
  • Negotiates and persuades

  • Resolves conflict
  • Maintains a customer-service focus
  • Essential Physical Abilities
  • You will meet the highest attendance requirements
  • You have the ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and digitally
  • You have the ability to handle multiple assignments in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to use a personal computer, calculator, and other standard office equipment
  • May involve lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • You are physically able to climb a ladder higher than 30 feet and work at elevated heights on rooftops for extended periods in hot or cold weather conditions.
  • Additional Details
  • Must be available for domestic travel up to 50% of the time, including occasional overnight trips
  • Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license and a clean driving record to travel to site locations that are not accessible by public transit
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
  • This position involves approximately 20% outdoor work. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to varying weather conditions
  • Compensation
  • Salary Range: $102,000.00–$156,400.00 USD annually
  • This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
  • ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
