Regional Sales Manager - Western Canada

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategy to achieve revenue, growth, and market-share targets.
• Generate opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, partner engagement, and networking.
• Build relationships with system integrators, distributors, consultants, and end users.
• Coordinate with marketing, product management, and technical support on customer needs and go-to-market initiatives.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, in person and virtually.
• Manage CRM pipeline, forecasts, reports, and territory updates.
• Track industry trends, technologies, competition, and market conditions.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer engagements.

Qualifications

• A Business, Marketing, or related bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proven B2B sales success; physical security, video surveillance, enterprise technology, or IT experience is ideal.
• Understand IP video, cloud platforms, and AI-driven analytics.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Travel up to 75% within the territory and lift equipment weighing up to 35 lbs. as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce; consultative and solution-based selling experience required.
• Experience with commission-based compensation structures and a competitive, goal-oriented approach.

Compensation and benefits

• Compensation includes a base salary plus performance-based commission; the stated hiring salary range is $100,000–$110,000.
