Regional Sales Manager – MEA
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Regional Sales Manager
to lead and expand presence across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region
In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic sales growth, strengthening dealer networks, and accelerating market penetration across key territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets across MEA markets
- Identify, appoint, and manage
- dealer and distributor networks
- across assigned territories
- Drive
- fleet, B2B, and corporate sales opportunities
- in alignment with brand strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key automotive stakeholders
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitor activity, and emerging trends
- Support dealers with product positioning, pricing strategies, and sales performance improvement
- Deliver impactful sales presentations, business proposals, and commercial negotiations
- Monitor regional sales performance and provide regular insights and reporting to leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, aftersales) to ensure successful market execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- **3+ years of experience in automotive sales**
- , preferably in MEA region
- Strong exposure to
- dealer/distributor network management
- or automotive channel sales
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of automotive market dynamics in MEA
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-country environment
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively across MEA markets
