We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our presence within the banking and financial services sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and promoting technology solutions to banks and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities within banks, financial institutions, and fintech organizations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to proposal submission, negotiation, and closing.
  • Understand client challenges and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
  • Work closely with technical and delivery teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and market insights.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the banking sector.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of enterprise technology sales experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling technology solutions to banks, financial institutions, or fintech companies.
  • Strong understanding of banking technology, digital transformation, payments, cybersecurity, data analytics, or related solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to engage with senior decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
