About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and commercially astute

Regional Sales Manager

to lead and expand our presence across the

Middle East

.

This role is critical in driving enterprise sales growth, building strong client relationships, and delivering sustainable revenue performance.

The ideal candidate brings a proven ability in managing multimillion-dollar pipelines and delivering robust growth across

utilities, energy, and SaaS-driven technology solutions

.

You will have an extensive track record of leading regional sales strategies, establishing market presence within utilities undergoing digital transformation, and adopting SaaS platforms across the Middle East.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with global business objectives
  • Identify, engage, and convert new enterprise clients across asset-intensive sectors (e.g., energy, utilities, infrastructure, manufacturing)
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and key decision-makers
  • Drive pipeline development, including ownership of opportunities, and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Drive strategic account planning and expansion within key clients to maximize long-term revenue and customer lifetime value
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations, including pricing, contract structuring, and partnership agreements
  • Collaborate closely with internal IPS teams (delivery, product, and leadership) to ensure alignment and successful client outcomes
  • Leverage SaaS-based sales approaches, including value-based selling and subscription models, to drive long-term client partnerships
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the region
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

Your Energy

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent technical degree
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales
  • Strong understanding of the Middle East market landscape, including regulatory environments and cultural business practices
  • Proven track record in selling to asset-intensive or mission-critical industries
  • Strong experience in SaaS sales, including subscription-based, cloud, and solution selling models
  • Experience working within or selling alongside partners, system integrators, or channel ecosystems
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, technology-driven sales cycles and closing high-value deals
  • Consistent achievement or overachievement of sales targets
  • Experience managing long-term, strategic client relationships
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a global team
  • Willingness to travel across the region as required
