Regional Referral Coordinator

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Perform ad-hoc operational analytic report requests from senior management
· Create, manage, and evaluate methods involving data integrity; conduct regular audits and validations in concert with other departments/ teams.
· Call and schedule new referrals sent to PT Solutions
· Positive and high level of customer service to create memorable experiences for each patient
· Retrieve unassigned referrals within referral systems, assign them to appropriate clinics, call, and schedule patient
· Create and upload completed intake forms for new patients
· Register new patients in EMR system
· Add new patients to schedule
· Update Leading Reach for all new referrals that are obtained
· Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS AND CREDENTIALS
- Associate’s degree or two years of management experience. Two years of experience in medical front office services
- Schedule
- Full Time
- Hours: 8-4:30 or 8:30-5 Monday through Friday
- Compensation
- Pay Range : $18-24/hr ( Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position )
