Regional Procurement Operations Manager

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the regional operational procurement organization and manage procurement managers and their teams.
• Ensure effective procurement execution from approved requisition through purchase order closure and invoice resolution.
• Own regional operational performance, including KPIs, workload management, backlog control, and service delivery.
• Act as the senior escalation point for operational procurement issues.
• Build strong relationships with Fleet Managers, General Managers, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Develop team capability, succession planning, and leadership effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, controls, approved supplier requirements, and audit standards.
• Drive Project Streamline implementation and support automation, standardization, and process improvements.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks that could impact procurement performance.
