Role Overview

• Work with the Regional Marketing & Communication Manager on company initiatives and implement marketing action plans focused on driving qualified leads, engaging multi-target audiences, and improving customer service for military families.
• Execute marketing strategies and manage social media accounts, programs, and systems.
• Support other marketing efforts and projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Regional Marketing & Communication Manager and Director of Operations to support and execute marketing strategies and manage leads generated from national marketing campaigns and livelmh.com.
• Manage region social media platforms and interact with followers to increase audience growth and engagement.
• Content development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to achieve business goals.
• Conduct research on market and industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape, and prepare reports by analyzing, summarizing data, and proposing strategy enhancements.
• Support the marketing manager in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy through forecasting, setting objectives, organizing promotional campaigns, and enhancing marketing content.
• Coordinate with external agency partners on the development, design, and production of brand creative assets.
• Maintain inventory of marketing support materials, ensuring accuracy and coordinating the creation of new materials when necessary.
• Oversee essential marketing systems such as content management systems for production and enhancements.

What You Need for Success

• Two+ years of marketing experience working within a marketing department.
• A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing or advertising is preferred; commensurate work experience will also be considered.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies and technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel to other regional locations for work, training, meetings and other work-related activities.
• Ability to independently lift/carry supplies or equipment up to 30 lbs.

Pay Range

• Pay Range: $26.00 - $31.00 (hourly).
