Your role

• Lead and support Home Managers to deliver high quality care across your region Grow and develop the region while driving strong occupancy levels Ensure homes meet company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements Support teams with recruitment, training, motivation and performance Build positive links with local authorities and monitor budgets and KPIs effectively Your skills Extensive management experience within the care home sector Strong analytical, organisational and administrative skills Proven senior leadership experience with a flexible approach NVQ or QCF Level 5 qualification, or equivalent, is desirable Full driving licence and confidence travelling across multiple locations NMC Registered Nurse background Your rewards You deserve more than the basics.
