Your position

As Regional Manager MENA, you ensure the successful operational delivery of our emission management services—both site and source—while building a high‑performing team and maintaining strong, long‑term client relationships in the Oil & Gas sector.

You will oversee operations across the Middle East and North Africa, working closely with our Global Operations Director and collaborating with Sales, HR, Finance, and local agents.

In order to succeed, we are looking for a candidate with tangible experience in key areas such as operational and strategic leadership, client management, safety & compliance and of course Financial Management.

What you will be doing:

Leadership

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of emission management projects.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and on‑time, on‑budget project performance.
• Report operational status to the Global Operations Director.
• Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of ±25 employees.
• Recruit and onboard new team members in collaboration with HR.
• Set clear KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of engagement and accountability.

Client & Agent Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key Oil & Gas clients.
• Understand client needs and ensure high satisfaction with our services.
• Manage and align with local agents across the MENA region.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales Director and relevant sales manager.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Act as Technical Manager for ISO compliance, including validation of technical activities.

Financial Management

• Develop and manage the regional budget.
• Monitor financial performance and report results to the Managing Director and Finance Director.

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate checks these boxes:

• Ideally already living in Abu Dhabi with the necessary visas/approvals.
• Strong technical expertise in emission management services.
• Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 17025 is required
• Proven leadership experience in a regional or multi‑country operational role.
• Excellent client relationship skills and business acumen.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Results‑driven mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
