Regional Manager - Dubai (Off Plan)
About This Role
SKG Estates is looking for an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Regional Manager to join our growing real estate brokerage in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, team management, and a deep understanding of the Dubai property market.
As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent client service and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Real Estate Dubai Experience Mandatory
- Proven leadership experience - currently or previously handled a sales team.
- Strong understanding of Dubai property trends, communities, and transaction processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and passionate about real estate.
