Overview
As the Regional Key Account Manager Flooring, you will be responsible for driving regional growth by managing and developing key customer relationships within the assigned Customer Group (CG).
This involves understanding customer needs, market dynamics, growth potential, and strategic priorities to position Jotun as a preferred supplier and build sustainable, profitable partnerships.
This position will be based in Dubai, UAE and will report to the Regional Sales Manager Customer Group - Infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Drive regional growth across MEIA by executing the flooring strategy and tracking market trends to meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop and manage key accounts within Marine & Protective, focusing on civil infrastructure, commercial, and industrial segments.
- Grow non-buying accounts by collaborating with SSS and local units to drive specifications and secure projects from design to execution.
- Partner with Regional Technical Services to secure approvals, deliver training, support projects, and enable product innovation and commercialization.
- Lead customer engagement through CPDs, asset presentations, and regional/local events to strengthen relationships and brand visibility.
- Leverage construction market trends, customer insights, and specification data to drive innovation and sustainable business growth.
- Ensuring strong CRM discipline through accurate reporting, pipeline management, specification tracking, and consistent follow-ups.
