REGIONAL INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS & KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER – PROCESS EQUIPMENT

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing accounts in the UAE and Saudi Arabia and build relationships with plant, engineering, operations, technical, and procurement decision-makers.
• Identify capital expenditure, expansion, replacement, and process-improvement projects; visit production sites to understand process requirements.
• Qualify opportunities before involving engineering and coordinate technical meetings, RFQs, quotations, and tenders.
• Support negotiations and follow projects through order and implementation.
• Develop relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and system integrators; maintain a structured pipeline and CRM.

Equipment and industry focus

• Industrial process equipment includes mixing, milling, homogenisation, emulsification, powder handling, dosing, conveying, extrusion, drying, filling, and inspection systems.
• Priority markets include pharmaceutical and nutraceutical, food and beverage, flavours and ingredients, cosmetics and personal care, and specialty manufacturing.
• Experience with industrial mixing, powder processing, pharmaceutical machinery, food-processing equipment, homogenisation, milling, bulk handling, or related technologies is highly valued.

Candidate profile

• At least five years in process equipment, industrial machinery, or capital-equipment sales is required; eight or more years of B2B industrial experience is preferred.
• An existing UAE and/or Saudi manufacturing network and experience with complex technical sales, RFQs, and tenders are required.
• Candidates need strong manufacturing-environment understanding and comfort discussing process problems with technical teams.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Saudi Arabia and the GCC is required.
