About This Role
Overview
Strategic leader responsible for driving operational performance, revenue growth, and team leadership across a defined geographic region while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional business plans to meet sales, profitability, and growth targets.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate regional management and cross‑functional teams (sales, operations, HR, finance).
- Manage regional P&L, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure consistent delivery of products/services and high customer satisfaction.
- Identify market opportunities and competitive threats; recommend strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and local authorities.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
- Drive talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
- Prepare regional reports, forecasts, and present results to senior leadership.
- Lead change initiatives and implement best practices across the region.
Requirements
- 7+ years leadership experience with at least 3 years in a regional/director role.
- Proven track record meeting regional targets and managing multi‑site operations.
- Strong commercial acumen, financial literacy (budgeting, forecasting, P&L).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to travel frequently across the region.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Relevant industry experience preferred (specify sector when applying).
Preferred
- Multilingual skills and knowledge of local markets/regulatory environments.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, and performance‑management tools.
Pay: AED450.20 - AED1,050.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
