Regional Controller

The Regional Controller position for Landis+Gyr is a critical member of the global finance operations leadership team and the primary financial controls leader managing and directing the accounting functions in the Americas/Group region, covering USA, Canada, Mexico, SAM, Japan, and Europe.

Reporting to the VP, Global Accounting Operations, this position has responsibility for the corporate controls environment and consistently delivering accurate and timely internal and external legal entity financial statements.

The Regional Controller is responsible for leading these efforts and partnering with other areas of business to capture best practices and ensure accounting consistency is realized across the entire organization.

As Regional Controller, you will oversee and drive the ongoing improvement of streamline all accounting and financial reporting functions to ensure compliance with local regulations, U.S.

GAAP and SEC regulations.

You will lead month-end/year-end closes, support audit activities, manage internal controls, and ensure accuracy in financial statements and disclosures.
