About This Role

Drive new business, close enterprise deals, and expand market presence for our HR Tech solutions in the Abu Dhabi region.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end B2B sales (prospecting → closure)
  • Drive new business & meet revenue targets
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Engage with CXOs and key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with pre-sales & product teams

Who Should Apply (Must-Have)

  • 5–10 years in B2B sales (SaaS / HR Tech / ERP preferred)
  • Proven track record in mid-to-enterprise deal closures
  • Strong consultative selling & negotiation skills
  • Experience with long sales cycles
  • Based in / open to relocate to Abu Dhabi

Good to Have: Arabic speaking
