Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Regional Accounts Manager role based in Dubai.
The Regional Accounts Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of key customers in the assigned region, focusing on packaging machinery and materials.
Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, preparing proposals, and negotiating pricing and contract terms.
The role involves coordinating with internal teams on product availability, order processing, and after-sales support to ensure a smooth customer experience.
The Regional Accounts Manager will also analyze regional market trends, identify new business opportunities, prepare sales forecasts and reports, and represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in regional or key account management, preferably in packaging, industrial equipment, or related B2B sectors.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Ability to analyze market data, develop account plans, and prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in clear business terms.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and service teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian and/or other regional languages is an advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software for account tracking and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings, site visits, and events.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities with minimal supervision.
