Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Account Manager based in Dubai.
The Regional Account Manager will oversee client relationships within the assigned region, drive sales of packaging solutions, and develop strategies to achieve growth targets.
Key responsibilities
include identifying and establishing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client accounts, providing product guidance, and collaborating closely with internal teams to fulfill client needs.
Regular client visits, sales presentations, and the preparation of sales reports are integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Account Management, Client Relationship Building, and Sales.
- Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Territory Management expertise.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable strategies.
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the packaging industry or a related field is beneficial but not required.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, meeting tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Italian and English Languages is a must
