Compliance, audit, and treasury

  • Ensure compliance with local financial laws, filings, governance standards, and statutory reporting across UAE, KSA, Qatar, Egypt, and Syria.
  • Lead internal and external audits across entities and act as the primary auditor contact; prepare schedules, disclosures, and supporting documents.

  • 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2–3 years in a regional role overseeing multi-entity MENA operations.
  • Hands-on statutory audit experience and experience managing high-volume vendor AP workflows across multiple territories.
  • Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, software, or IT services is highly desirable.
  • ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification is strongly preferred.

Technical skills and competencies
