Leads end-to-end healthcare and RCM software implementations and serves as the primary commercial and operational link to key Eastern Province client accounts.

Project delivery and governance
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget; oversee integrations with EMR/HIS systems and third-party healthcare platforms.
- Maintain project charters, baseline schedules, risk registers, dependency logs, and milestone reports.
- Manage scope, change requests, risks, and delivery bottlenecks.
Client engagement and account management
- Manage relationships with executive sponsors, IT leaders, clinical heads, and RCM managers.
- Drive user adoption and operational readiness, and represent client needs internally.
- Identify account expansion, module rollout, and service enhancement opportunities with regional sales.
- Own delivery and operational escalations.
Coordination and improvement
- Coordinate product, implementation, architecture, QA, and clinical coding teams.
- Align with EMR vendors, system integrators, and healthcare authorities on technical and regulatory matters.
- Translate business, clinical, and technical requirements into deliverables and integrations.
- Improve delivery methods, implementation processes, and client experience.
Education and certification
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required or strongly preferred; healthcare information management, RCM, CRCR, or Agile/Scrum certifications are advantageous.
Experience and domain knowledge
- 6–8 years of relevant progressive experience, including at least 3 years in a KSA client-facing manager capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi healthcare, hospital-sector dynamics, and NPHIES, CHI, or CCHI frameworks.
- Hands-on EMR implementation, HL7/FHIR integration, and RCM workflow experience.
Additional qualifications
- Can engage senior hospital and clinical leaders to build trust and resolve complex issues.
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Eastern Province and able to travel locally to client hospital sites.
- English and Arabic fluency is strongly preferred; strong analytical, communication, collaborative, and problem-solving abilities are sought.
