About This Role
Overview
Lattice Agent is looking for commission-based Business Development Agents to help us generate qualified leads and introduce our AI employee solutions to companies in the UAE.
Lattice Agent builds private AI assistants for real estate teams, clinics, and service businesses.
Our agents can contact prospects, qualify leads, reactivate old databases, reply on WhatsApp, organize appointments, and support sales teams 24/7.
We are looking for motivated people who can identify potential customers, start conversations, and book qualified demos with decision-makers.
Your mission:
Find and contact potential clients in the UAE, especially real estate agencies, developers, private clinics, and service businesses.
Introduce Lattice Agent clearly and professionally.
Qualify the prospect’s needs.
Book demo calls or in-person meetings with our team.
Follow up with prospects when needed.
Ideal profile:
You already have a network in real estate, clinics, business services, or B2B sales.
You are comfortable speaking with founders, managers, brokers, and sales directors.
You can communicate professionally on LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, or phone.
You are results-driven and comfortable working on commission.
You understand that AI is becoming a major tool for sales, lead generation, and customer follow-up.
Compensation
This is a commission-based role.
You earn 10% recurring commission on the monthly subscription revenue of every client you bring to Lattice Agent, for as long as the client remains active.
This means your income can grow every month as you bring more subscribed clients.
High-performing agents can grow into a long-term partnership role with recurring opportunities.
Location
Abu Dhabi / Dubai / UAE preferred.
Remote possible if you can generate qualified UAE business leads.
