- 🔧 المهام والمسؤوليات:
- مراقبة مواقع المنشأة عبر نظام كاميرات المراقبة والتأكد من سلامة التشغيل.
- توثيق الملاحظات ورصد أي مخالفات أو سلوكيات غير مطابقة لسياسات الشركة.
- متابعة الأعطال المتعلقة بالكاميرات والتنسيق مع قسم التقنية لحلّها.
- الإشراف على التزام الموظفين في الفروع ونقاط البيع وفق الإجراءات المعتمدة.
- إعداد تقارير يومية عن سير العمل وجودة الأداء، مع رفع التوصيات اللازمة لتحسين جودة الخدمة.
- مراجعة تسجيلات الكاميرات عند الحاجة للتحقق من البلاغات والحوادث.
- دعم فريق الجودة في تطبيق معايير الجودة ومتابعة تطوير الخدمات.
- المساهمة في تحسين تجربة العميل من خلال متابعة الملاحظات وتحليل مسببات المشكلات.
- مراقبة أداء الموظفين عبر أنظمة المراقبة والكاميرات وضمان الالتزام بسياسات الجودة ورصد المخالفات السلوكية والإجرائية.
- 🎓 المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- المؤهلات العلمية: بكالوريوس أو دبلوم في الجودة، إدارة الأعمال، أو أي مجال ذي صلة
- قدرة عالية على المتابعة والدقة وتحليل الملاحظات.
- مهارة في إعداد التقارير والتواصل مع الجهات المعنية.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل واتباع الإجراءات بدقة.
- الأهلية للحصول على تمهير
