About This Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Officer to support large-scale hiring across Business Services and BPO operations.

The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for outsourced, client-based, and business support positions across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate should have experience handling fast-paced recruitment operations, managing multiple requirements simultaneously, and coordinating closely with hiring managers and project stakeholders to meet business timelines.

Experience

in outsourcing, BPO, staffing, or service-based hiring will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Staffing & Business Services requirements
  • Source and screen candidates for outsourced and client-based roles
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate follow-ups
  • Work closely with hiring managers and operations teams to fulfill manpower requirements
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate records
  • Ensure timely closures while maintaining candidate quality
  • Support recruitment activities in line with company policies and labor requirements

Performance Expectations

  • Achieve hiring targets within agreed timelines
  • Maintain strong candidate pipeline and quality submissions
  • Ensure positive candidate and stakeholder experience
  • Support high offer acceptance and deployment success rates
  • Maintain accurate recruitment reporting and updates
  • Ensure timely coordination for ongoing and urgent manpower requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in staffing, outsourcing, or BPO hiring
  • Strong sourcing, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms
  • Knowledge of local hiring practices and labor regulations is preferred
  • Fluency in English communication
  • Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
