Business Development
Identify and approach potential clients to generate new recruitment opportunities
Develop strong client relationships and secure hiring mandates
Understand client requirements and position suitable hiring solutions
Client Management
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
Maintain long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction
Align recruitment strategies with client expectations
Recruitment Execution
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
Screen, shortlist, and present candidates based on job requirements
Use job portals, databases, and referrals to build candidate pipelines
Operations and Coordination
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation
Maintain accurate records, reports, and candidate databases
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations

Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment, business development, or related field
Proven ability to generate business and manage client accounts
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and clients at the same time
Knowledge of recruitment processes and UAE labor practices
Target-driven with strong follow-up skills
Basic computer knowledge including email and reporting tools
