About the Role

We are looking for a driven professional to handle both recruitment and business development. This role focuses on bringing in new clients while managing the full hiring process to deliver quality candidates. It suits someone who can build relationships, close deals, and execute recruitment efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development
  • Identify and approach potential clients to generate new recruitment opportunities
  • Develop strong client relationships and secure hiring mandates
  • Understand client requirements and position suitable hiring solutions
  • Client Management
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Maintain long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction
  • Align recruitment strategies with client expectations
  • Recruitment Execution
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
  • Screen, shortlist, and present candidates based on job requirements
  • Use job portals, databases, and referrals to build candidate pipelines
  • Operations and Coordination
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and candidate databases
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment, business development, or related field
  • Proven ability to generate business and manage client accounts
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and clients at the same time
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and UAE labor practices
  • Target-driven with strong follow-up skills
  • Basic computer knowledge including email and reporting tools

Compensation

Salary between AED 2,500 and AED 4,000 per month based on experience and performance

Additional incentives based on business generation and successful placements
